COPYRIGHT
You will retain full copyright ownership of the original content that we develop for you and deliver according to the agreed project terms. National Books Publisher will not claim ownership of your completed content unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are free to publish, distribute, and use the delivered content according to your requirements.
PAYMENT
We require 100% advance payment for the services mentioned on our website unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any applicable transaction charges, processing fees, taxes, or other payment-related charges are to be borne by the client.
REVISIONS
We offer an unlimited number of revisions on delivered work, provided that revision requests are submitted within 7 days of the initial delivery. In special cases, revision requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery at the discretion of National Books Publisher.
All revision requests related to a customer’s order will be handled according to the urgency and scope of the project, with a minimum standard turnaround time of 24 hours.
Revision Turnaround Time
- For orders with up to 24 hours of urgency, the revision turnaround time will be up to 24 hours.
- For orders with 24–48 hours of urgency, the revision turnaround time will be up to 48 hours.
- For orders with 48 hours or more of urgency, the revision turnaround time will be up to 72 hours.
Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the requested revisions and the information or materials provided by the client.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
All project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and relevant expectations will be discussed with the client before the start of a project.
Any dispute regarding the scope or quality of a service will be addressed based on the requirements and terms agreed upon at the beginning of the project, these Terms & Conditions, and reasonable business practices.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, files, and instructions required to complete their projects.
REFUND POLICY
A client may request a full refund before work has commenced on the project.
Once work has started, any approved refund may be processed after deducting applicable transaction, processing, administrative, or work-related charges.
Refund requests may not be accepted for services purchased through limited-time offers, promotional pricing, discounted packages, or special campaigns, unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer.
If a client is not satisfied with a delivered product or service, a refund request may be submitted to National Books Publisher within 5 days of the completion or delivery of the order.
Where applicable, a partial refund may be considered if National Books Publisher is unable to resolve the issue through the available revision process or otherwise provide the agreed service.
If no refund request or formal concern is received within 5 days after delivery, the delivered work will generally be considered accepted and satisfactory by both parties.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the service, the amount of work already completed, third-party costs, and the specific terms agreed upon for the project.
